About Aimee Hopkins

Aimee was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While she has a deep love for her hometown, she always dreamed about living at the beach. Aimee’s dream finally came true when she moved to Wilmington with her husband, David, and mini goldendoodle, Penny. Aimee attended college at Virginia Tech University where she earned a business degree in marketing management. After graduation, she moved to New York City where she worked in customer service and merchandising for a large fashion company. Aimee then moved to the DC Metro area where she began her career in real estate.

Aimee loves connecting with new people and realized her passion of servicing and helping others when she transitioned to a career in real estate in 2014. Also licensed in Virginia and D.C., Aimee prides herself on providing the utmost customer service and enjoys creating lasting relationships with her clients. Her compassion, superb attention to detail, and unparalleled customer service shines through in every transaction. Aimee believes firmly in educating her clients and walking tandemly with them throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience. Aimee has further enhanced her expertise in the real estate industry by earning her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation which sharpens and maintains the superior skills needed when representing home buyers in a real estate transaction.

In Aimee’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, going to the beach, and traveling.
